Hi honey,
We’re in eclipse season, baby, starting with a full-blood moon lunar eclipse in the sign of Virgo, followed by a solar eclipse on the 29th.
The liminal space between the eclipses is a portal—the moon represents our internal emotional world. This lunar Virgo eclipse energy is shaking things up, stirring emotions from both the current moment and those we’ve buried, ignored or lived with. The current seas of emotions can trigger long-dormant emotional memories from this lifetime or even past lifetimes.
Eclipses Bring the Dark into the Light
Eclipses bring what has been dark into the light—and with light comes change. It’s a shift of consciousness. We become aware of what must end—relationships, patterns, jobs, unhealthy habits.
What is holding you back from evolving is coming to light. The moon rules our emotions, and we feel it deeply.
Change reminds our barking dog that, as much as it likes to think it’s in control, it isn’t. The only thing we have power over is how we act and react. Learning and then taking action to make change is real power.
If You’re Feeling Overwhelmed… Pause.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, drowning in feelings, or grieving, pause.
Feel your body connected to Mother Earth, your Spirit, and your Guides.
Take a breath—sink into the present moment, where you can nurture all that tenderness from your Higher Self with love and compassion. Your Higher Self can hold it all.
Virgo: The Healer’s Eclipse
Virgo is the sign of the healer—this is the archetype of the devoted healer in service to the collective. That’s no small undertaking.
As an intuitive, sensitive honey, you’re part of that archetype.
And just like on airplanes—you have to put on your oxygen mask first before you can help others, especially the vulnerable. Put on your oxygen mask.
Tapping Into the Collective Energy
As we all feel the emotions and energy in our lives, we’re also tapping into the collective energy of a world in deep need of healing.
As nurturers, there can be a tendency to ignore our own need for nurturing—to feel like others are more deserving or in need.
Put on your oxygen mask.
Each of us needs and is deserving of the space to feel and fill the well, to take a pause.
To hold space for the collective, rest is required.
If we don’t, we burn out.
Balancing service with self-preservation is key. Me + you. Me + we.
Overgiving Is Not the Answer
With all this emotional and energetic upheaval, if we’re not grounded, it quickly slips into over giving, overdoing, and overextending—often without being asked.
It’s a sneaky way to try to control or manage others’ emotions and energy by giving.
Giving “selflessly”—aka without boundaries and without it being connected to your Spirit + your truth—is a one-way ticket to resentment.
The ego tricks us into thinking it’s Spirit—it’s not.
Its underlying motivation is to control what is out of our control—change.
Feeling Anxious, Ungrounded, or C-R-I-S-P-Y?
Channel this energy.
Declutter your space of anything that doesn’t raise your vibration. Clean out the closets and under the bed—literally and figuratively.
Where do you need to emotionally declutter?
Ask yourself:
- Is this my energy? Someone else’s?
- Am I in reaction or awareness?
- What are my emotions telling me?
- What do I value? Where am I out of balance?
- What am I ready to create as we march into Spring?
Your Best Bet Right Now? Clear the Chaos.
Mental, emotional, spiritual, physical—clear away any chaos.
Anything that’s zapping your energy? Let it go.
Have good boundaries.
As healers, intuitives, and empaths, one of our deepest lessons is to stay centered in Self.
Use the Full Moon as a Spiritual Compass
This Full Moon is powerful—use it to bring to light what your intuition has been telling you.
Maybe your mind hasn’t been ready to hear it.
Maybe you haven’t been ready to act on it.
These choices move you into alignment with the powerhouse energy of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.
